This polymer clay inro is hot out the oven and still needs a good sanding. I’m a bit behind for this week’s Polymer Clay Challenge, because I spent too long decorating last week’s bowl.

The surface pattern is inspired by this month’s Art Bead Scene challenge. I plan to do another blog about that once I’ve got it finished and threaded together. It reminds me of something vintage – perhaps chevron trade beads?

My initial idea was for it to be a pendant but now I’m wondering if it’s a bit too large for that. I looked up inro sizes on the internet and after finding out that there is no average size, that it is the average size of an inro.
