I have finished editing another video which has been quite a feat now that it is school holidays. It’s an offshoot from my previous tutorial where I go off on a tangent and start carving the beads.

Here are some boho earrings I made using the finished beads.

I hope you find it interesting.

Here are some of the fabric samples from the first batch of designs I did for Spoonflower. Previously I wrote about how the patterns started out as a photograph of a pair of earrings.

Surprisingly even though the sections all came from one photograph the different fabrics make some kooky colour combinations. I think they are quite fun together.

The stripes and patchwork fabrics bring together some of these contrasting motifs.

I couldn’t resist making several of my green polymer clay beads into earrings. Most of these earrings have now made it to my Etsy shop. Enjoy.

I had so much fun making my Oddment necklace, I made another one in slightly different colours. This necklace includes polymer clay beads made by Rebekah Payne which I won back at the start of 2014. Can you spot them?

I also included polymer clay beads that I made myself, glass lampwork beads and filigree metal beads which I reclaimed from jewellery that I found in the charity shop.

Here are a few more photos since the necklace looks quite different depending on the rotation around the neck.

Some of the beads I used to make this necklace are currently available in my Etsy bead shop.

I’m collecting up a few more stashes of beads so I expect there will be more of these necklaces soon 😉
